First up, we went to Botticelli's South Congress for a late dinner on a Wednesday night. For a starter we ordered the Botticelli bread, 'original style.' This starter is a stuffed bread filled with prosciutto, rosemary ham, salami, mozzarella, parmesan, and roasted bell peppers. It was a good way to start a meal, especially because we walked there and needed the carbs.
We ordered the fried parmesan risotto balls with marinara, yum.
